TRAWW is wholly owned by International Infrastructure Company, Ltd. and managed by qualified industry professionals. Management responsibility and strategic planning for TRAWW rests with Corey W. Keller. Corey’s efforts are guided by the extraordinary engineering and refining experience represented in TRAWW’s Board of Directors and Executive Advisory Board. Moreover, Corey is supported by associates experienced in all phases of international logistics and smelting of Concentrates. This team represents over a century of hands-on experience and relationships in the smelting industry.
THE BOARD
The Board of TRAWW, Ltd. consists of:
Corey W. Keller - Managing Director, TRAWW, Ltd.
Mr. Keller has three decades experience in the mining and refining industry, primarily focused on precious metal operations. Mr. Keller most recently served as a managing director of Metalor Refining Americas where he was responsible for management, planning and strategic execution for precious metal refining and manufacturing for North, Central and South America.
Over the course of the last thirty years, Mr. Keller conceived, built, and developed Golden West Refining (Canada) Ltd. Further, Mr. Keller was responsible for the design and construction of Central America’s largest gold refinery located in Tegucigalpa, Honduras which serves thirteen countries and employs more than 250 personnel. Still further, Mr. Keller designed and constructed one of Venezuela’s successful hard rock processing/gold recovery plants in El Callao.
VJ Andrew Angelo - Director, TRAWW, Ltd.
Mr. Angelo is a senior financial services expert with over thirty-five years’ experience in the financial sector. He has worked in New York, Europe, the UK and Asia in a variety of financial product development, technology, investor relations and product structuring roles. Mr. Angelo has also spent time as an FCA Compliance Officer. A senior leader with experience at several multinational investment companies, Mr. Angelo now acts as a corporate advisor and Non-Executive Director to firms in the renewable energy and social impact sectors.
Jean Fahmy - Director, TRAWW, Ltd.
Mr. Fahmy is a proven technologist with a strong grasp of business, a strategic thinker, and a results-oriented leader. Serving in the capacities as both a Managing Director Chief Technology Officer, Fahmy has led through creativity, innovation, and an entrepreneurial spirit developed over a twenty-five-year career inspiring and developing teams of all sizes to deliver exceptional results. Fahmy is tasked with the alignment and communication of the company’s business strategy with the technology, people, programs, products, solutions and services.
Earlier in his career Fahmy found success as a tech entrepreneur and digital transformation expert leading through creativity, innovation, and an entrepreneurial spirit, founding, building managing and selling three technology businesses. During his career, Fahmy has also served as the CTO of an automotive group valued at two billion dollars, and as the CTO for a group of over thirty renown consumer brands, building performing teams and transformative products spanned across a variety of industries such as retail, logistics, automotive, media, insurance, education, IT, R&D and non-profits.
Fahmy’s accomplishments have garnered over a dozen Technology and Entrepreneurship awards. His success in the technology industry has made Fahmy a valued and frequent speaker at international industry Technology, Innovation and Entrepreneurship conferences and has been reinforced by his eight-year tenure as a teacher at l’École Polytechnique. Fahmy is bilingual (French and English) and he is highly experienced in the fields of Strategy and Governance, Financial Management, People and Resources, PPM and Projects, Service Planning and Data Architecture, Apps, Digital Transformation, Data and BI, Infrastructure, Operations, and Security Risk.
eAnalytics, Ltd. - Director, TRAWW, Ltd.
eAnalytics (hereinafter “eA”) is an Isle of Man Company bearing registry number 136791C and tax identification number C171482-90. It was incorporated to both: (i) act as a corporate holding company for its United Arab Emirates (UAE) subsidiary, and (ii) to conduct its corporate group’s business activities on the Isle of Man, including as required serving as a corporate board member.
THE ADVISORY BOARD
The Non-Executive, Non-Voting Advisory Board of TRAWW, Ltd. consists of:
Raymond Pecoskie, BASc., P.Eng. - Advisor to the board of TRAWW, Ltd. The Company’s Advisory Board members are not publicly registered and do not vote on corporate matters. The Company’s Advisors solely provide advice and counsel to the voting board.
Mr. Pecoskie has three decades in the mining industry, primarily focused on precious metals operations.
Mr. Pecoskie served as a director and technical advisor to High Desert Resources of Nevada assisting with the discovery of the world-class Carlin gold deposit at West Leeville, where he helped to establish joint ventures with both Newmont Mining and Barrick Gold Corporation.
An engineer by trade – with a specialized focus on process reaction kinetics, Mr. Pecoskie was the Founder & CEO of Securamax International Inc., responsible for the design, development and manufacturing of critical process control equipment installed worldwide at: Mining - Barrick Gold, Newmont Mining, Anaconda Nickel, and Lihir Gold; Oil & Gas - Exxon, Pemex, Aramco, Shell, Husky and Chevron; Engineering - Snamprogetti, SNC Lavalin, and Fluor Daniels; OEM - Japan Steelworks, Kobe Steel, Nuevo Pignone and Dresser Industries, and Petrochemical - DuPont de Nemours, Rohm & Haas, and Courtaulds UK. Mr. Pecoskie currently serves as President & CEO of PolyMaxx Systems Corp. (“PSC”), a private Canadian based engineering and consulting company focused on leading edge precious metal recovery and refining process systems. The principals, consultants and advisors of PSC bring a deep-rooted network of industry professionals with decades of expertise specific to the mining and refining of precious metals. Among the PSC board of senior advisors is Mr. Pecoskie’s lifelong friend and business associate, Anthony (Tony) Hart - the former CEO of Johnson Matthey Refineries, North America.
Mr. Pecoskie holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Waterloo and has been a member in good standing of the Professional Engineers of Ontario for over four decades.
Anthony Smithdorf - Advisor to the board of TRAWW, Ltd. The Company’s Advisory Board members are not publicly registered and do not vote on corporate matters. The Company’s Advisors solely provide advice and counsel to the voting board.
Mr. Smithdorf has almost four decades of experience in the mining industry – with three decades spent specifically in the gold industry. Positions held within the industry have included Executive Management, Project Management, Operations Officer, and Technical Advisor as well as serving as a consulting subject matter industry expert. Well-rounded industry exposure has encompassed projects ranging from artisanal and small-scale mine integration through medium and large-scale mines – with 2,000 personnel.
Mr. Smithdorf developed mining and milling projects with Rio Tinto in Africa – a global leader within the mining industry - for the first part of his career. Projects included the Empress Nickel Mine, Renco Gold mine, Brompton Gold Mine, Patchway Gold Mine and the Zinca Platinum feasibility project. Additional projects within the Africa theatre of operation included - Olympus Gold Mines: Old Nick Mine, Dawn Gold Mine and with Falcon Gold Mines: Dalny Mine, Venice Gold Mine, Whatcheer Gold Mine and Bosveld Gold Mine.
Judah Pinchas Benay - Advisor to the board of TRAWW, Ltd. The Company’s Advisory Board members are not publicly registered and do not vote on corporate matters. The Company’s Advisors solely provide advice and counsel to the voting board.
Mr. Benay is a mathematician who has employed this capacity in business. Further, Mr. Benay engages as an anonymous, but important charitable actor with a philanthropic background that has involved the giving of his time, expertise, and resources. Mr. Benay currently dedicates the principal portion of his time to identifying and developing technologies related to shelter, sustenance, and the provision of power and water.
